The house, which was built in 1934 by the Felchynsky family, who initiated the casting of bells in the Kalush region. The three Felchynsky brothers had one entrance each. The evidence of their residence here is the terrazzo inscriptions in the entrances, which mean abbreviations of the owners' names. Previously, there was a dairy in the courtyard of this house, which also belonged to this family. But the most interesting thing is the location of this house. From 1771 to 1913, the ancient church of St. Archangel Michael was located near this place.
Now the street on which this house stands (No. 24) is named after Stepan Bandera, it is practically a monopoly in an important direction to Ivano-Frankivsk. This house has not changed its purpose - it contains apartments for Kalush residents, and on the first floor there are commercial premises and shops.
