The Kalush City Council building (1 Franka Street) was built at the beginning of the 20th century. For a long time, it housed the Kalush district administration and the district executive committee. The Pioneer House, and since the 1970s, this building has been occupied again by the Kalush City Council.

Nasalyk Ihor Stepanovych was born on November 25, 1962 in Oleksandria (Kirovohrad (Kropivnytskyi) region) – optoelectronic systems engineer (Ivan Franko Lviv National University, 1989), Ukrainian politician, People's Deputy of the III, IV and VIII convocations, former Minister of Energy and Coal Industry (2016–2019). Mayor of Kalush (2006–2010), (2010–2014).
Matviychuk Ihor Volodymyrovych was born on May 3, 1963 in Lviv. Graduated from Lviv Polytechnic Institute and the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. Master of Public Administration. He began his career in Kalush in 2006 as the director of the KP "ZHEO No. 3". In 2006–2007, he was the deputy director for financial issues of the municipal enterprise "Vodoteploservice", Kalush. In 2007–2015, he was the deputy and first deputy mayor of Kalush. Mayor of Kalush from October 25, 2015 to October 25, 2020. The current mayor of Kalush AH is Naida Andriy Mykhailovych. He was born on January 30, 1979 in Kalush. He graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk State Technical University of Oil and Gas (2001), majoring in oil and gas field equipment (master's degree). Candidate of Technical Sciences (2017). In the elections on October 26, 2020, he received 11,155 votes. Kalusa City Mayor since November 24, 2020.
